Network change to take effect from Sunday 29 March

Lothiancountry are introducing changes to some of our services from Sunday 29th March 2020 following an evaluation of our network and customer feedback. Below is a list of the services which will see changes from this date (click on service numbers to download timetables).

 

Service EX2

Revised timetable to improve reliability.

Service X17

Revised route and timetable. The route will be curtailed to terminate at Loganlea, which means the section between Loganlea and Fauldhouse will no longer be served by Lothian Country due to low customer numbers. All stops between Maybury and Drum Brae also served, plus an additional citybound stop in Corstorphine (at Toby Carvery) and at Western Corner (both directions).

Some peak journeys will divert via RBS Gogarburn.

Service X18

Revised timetable to improve reliability.  All stops between Maybury and Drum Brae also served, plus an additional citybound stop in Corstorphine (at Toby Carvery) and at Western Corner (both directions). Some peak journeys will divert via RBS Gogarburn.

Service X27

Revised timetable to improve reliability.

Service X38

Revised stopping pattern in Edinburgh. All stops between Maybury and Drum Brae also served, plus an additional citybound stop in Corstorphine (at Toby Carvery) and at Western Corner (both directions).

No changes.

Service 275

Revised route and timetable.  Extended from Livingston Bus Terminal to Bathgate Rail Station via Alderstone Road, Livingston Village, Seafield, Blackburn and Wester Inch to replace withdrawn service 287.

Service 280

Minor timetable changes to improve reliability.

Service 287

Withdrawn but replaced by the extension of service 275.

Service N28

No changes.

Service N43

Revised route. Extended from Queensferry to Kirkliston on all days of the week, with more journeys at weekends.
